So, the weather's finally becoming a little more bearable, or better yet becoming more bearable for my associates. This weekend looks like I'm finally going to get that extended hike through Ulmstead Park (Raleigh NC) we've been putting of for awhile.
True, I think 14 miles is gonna utterly slay me, but I'm up to pushing my endurance a little, plus there are some beautiful views through the park including the remains of an old Mill damn, an abandoned Scouting camp from the 30's and lotsa, lotsa woods which makes me happy(er). I've already been told to pack a lunch and a camera, so hopefully I'll get a couple of shots to paste up here while I'm sweating and hating my life around mile 7 or so

And the wrong words make you listen in this criminal world. Remember it's true: loyalty is valuable, but our lives are valuable, too.
Actually I didn't see how close you were either... I used to go to Durham fairly regularly to the Ringside in downtown. Pleasure to "meet" ya, sorry it took so long to check my messages...
